Jupiter Police believe the deaths of two people inside a condo Wednesday night was a murder-suicide.
They say 49-year old Arthur Horlbeck shot his wife, 57-year old Edana Chokey and then turned the gun on himself. They were discovered after a standoff at the Villas on the Green community along U.S. One.
Horlbeck had been in trouble with the law in the past. He pleaded guilty to misdemeanor simple battery after an incident in the complex in 2017 in which he pulled a man out of his car and started punching and kicking him.
