Joe Biden Says He's Confident He Will Win In Election Night Speech

Former Vice President Joe Biden told his supporters that he was confident he will win the presidential election in a late-night speech outside of his campaign headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware. His supporters lined the streets in their cars and honked their horns in support as he told them "we feel good about where we are -- we really do."

"I'm here to tell you tonight we're on track to win this election," Biden said.

He said that many states are still in play, including Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Georgia. He told his supporters that their "patience is commendable" as they wait for all the votes to be counted.

"It ain't over until every vote is counted," he said.

"Keep the faith guys, we're gonna win this," he proclaimed before leaving the stage.
