Taraji P. Henson will lead this year's festivities live from Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California. Henson has a ton of experience working award shows. Over the course of a career, she's appeared at the Golde Globe Awards, Primetime Emmy Awards, Academy Awards and Critics Choice Awards. Just a few months ago, she appeared on stage at the 2020 American Music Awards as a present. Most notably, she appeared on stage with Regina Hall as she hosted the BET Awards in 2019. Two years ago, Hall did a phenomenal job of representing her hometown of Washington, D.C. by bringing Go-Go to Hollywood. Being that Henson is also from the Chocolate City, she may also try to do something similar. Tune in on Sunday night to find out.
