The oldest daughter of late NBA superstar Kobe Bryant has filed for a temporary restraining order against an alleged stalker who has a criminal history involving firearms and is a "gun enthusiast," according to court documents obtained by TMZ.

19-year-old Natalia Bryant accused Dwayne Kemp, 32, of incessantly stalking her in person and through social media in court documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday (November 21).

“I do not feel safe,” Bryant said in court documents, noting that she's "terrified" of Kemp's attempts to make in-person contact with her.

Bryant alleged that Kemp has been messaging her on social media “as if we had a romantic relationship, or as if he wanted to initiate such a relationship" since December 2020, per the documents. The 19-year-old said she doesn't know Kemp.

According to the docs, Kemp has sent Bryant a number of unsolicited messages, including one with a picture of her late father.

“Thankful For Him Birthing You, Hopefully, We Can Birth Him… ‘Kobe,'” Kemp wrote in the alleged message. Bryant told the court Kemp had hopes of having "a Kobe-like child together," per the docs.

Bryant said she received another message from the alleged stalker last month that read, “I Love You And I’m Sorry. Can We Talk And Makeup So We Can Be Friends Again..?”

Kemp has also attempted to make in-person contact with Bryant at her University of Southern California sorority house, according to the docs.

The court documents describe Kemp as a "gun enthusiast" who “has been arrested for misdemeanors involving a firearm.” He has been arrested at least four times, documents say.

If a judge grants the restraining order, Kemp would be ordered to remain at least 200 yards away from Bryant along with her residence, workplace, sorority house, and vehicle.
