New footage from Sunday night's Oscars (March 27) ceremony shows Jada Pinkett-Smith seemingly laughing after Will Smith walked on stage and slapped Chris Rock in the face.

The footage was apparently recorded by someone in the Academy Awards audience who was sitting just two rows from the stage. The video went viral on Wednesday (March 30), receiving more than 350,000 views since surfacing online.

The now-viral video also captures the moments Will after stormed off stage and sitting back down in his seat.

"Wow, Will Smith just smacked the sh–t out of me!" Rock says in the clip, which also shows Jada bending slightly forward in laughter, as others did in the audience.

The room fell silent after the King Richard star warned Chris to "keep my wife's name out of your f––king mouth," twice.

Members of The Academy executive board announced this week that they're launching a "formal review" into Will's actions, with some calling for disciplinary measures to be taken.

Will apologized for the slap on Monday (March 28) in a statement posted to Instagram. Chris Rock launched his "Ego Death" comedy tour Wednesday night (March 30) by stating, "I'm still processing what happened," and asked the crowd, "Sooo, how was your weekend?"
