An Atlanta man was caught on video failing at his attempt to rob a local nail salon.

According to surveillance video obtained by NBC News, the would-be robber, who remains unidentified, stormed into Atlanta nail salon, Nail First, demanding money last week, but customers and workers appeared to ignore his commands.

"Everybody get down!" the man yelled, per the surveillance footage. No one moved.

The attempted robber covered his hand with a crossbody bag to seemingly appear as if he had a weapon. He commanded three women sitting by the door to empty their pockets and give him money, but again, no one moved.

The man then walked over to a male employee, asking him "Where's the money?" The employee appeared to continue to speak to someone on the phone.

In the video, one of the women walked out of the salon with her hands in the air, telling the man she didn't have any money. The attempted robber shouted a few more demands for money before giving up and leaving.

Crime Stoppers Greater Atlanta confirmed that police responded to a call about a business robbery at the salon.

"Witnesses indicated the suspect entered the location wearing a blue hat, sunglasses, and blue jeans. The suspect demanded the patrons get on the ground and surrender their money. The suspect then fled the location in a silver in color sedan," authorities said.

A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and indictment of the suspect.
