The eighth annual State of the City, featuring an address from Mayor Mark Jantzer, will be held April 6th, 4pm inside the Minot City Hall, City Council Chambers. The event is free and open to the public.“State of the City is about sharing a vision for 2026, while reflecting on the events of 2025,” The event will be streamed live on City of Minot social media platforms, including the City’s Facebook page and YouTube channel.

The North Dakota Student Art Show will be April 3rd through the 28th, open to all North Dakota Students K-12. Over 100 Awards Entry deadline is April 1st, judging will be April 4th, exhibit dates are April 7th through the 30th at the Taube Museum of Art in Minot. The Minot Rural Fire Department will be hosting the Minot Area Youth Fire Camp, June 26th thru June 27th open to ages 14 to 18. Camp features, basic EMS & CPR training, basic search and rescue training, live fire props, fireground operations, rope rescue exposure and more.
