Falcons Fan Writes Letter Announcing He Is No Longer A Fan After Loss

Falcons fans seem to be fed up with the team after blowing a big lead vs. the Dallas Cowboys to fall to 0-2 on the season.

In fact, one Falcons fan is so fed up with the team that he decided to announce that he is no longer going to be rooting for the team in a letter put on on Twitter. Here is part of his statement:

It is with immense frustration and grief that I must inform you that I am resigning from my position as an Atlanta Falcons football fan effective immediately following the second worse loss in NFL history. The first belongs to you and your implosive efforts in Super Bowl LI when you blew a 28-3 lead against the Tom Brady led New England Patriots.
According to Pro Swag, you had a 99.9 percent chance to win when you were leading 39-30 with 2:33 remaining in today's game. That was before Cowboys QB Dak Prescott found wide receiver Michael Gallup for a 38 yard gain to your 5-yard line.

The Cowboys win was capped off with the Falcons not being able to recover an onside kick which opened the door for Greg Zuerlin to make a 46-yard field goal to win the game.
