Tiger Woods Injured In Serious Crash, Pulled From Car With Jaws Of Life

Tiger Woods has been rushed to the hospital following a car crash in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said that he was the sole occupant of the vehicle, which sustained major damage when it rolled over.

First responders had to use the "jaws of life" to remove Woods from his vehicle. He was rushed to the hospital with undisclosed injuries. Authorities did not say what caused the crash or the extent of his injuries.

According to TMZ Sports, authorities do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash but did not rule out other substances as a possible cause.

Woods was arrested in 2017 after he passed out behind the wheel of his car. He admitted to taking prescription medication and said he didn't realize the effect it would have on him.

Woods was in Los Angeles after serving as a host for the PGA Tour's Genesis Invitational at the Riviera Country Club in the Pacific Palisades over the weekend.
