For years, fans have asked Rihanna for a follow-up to her critically acclaimed album, Anti. While she's appeared on a few tracks over the last five years, it doesn't appear that she's any closer to releasing a new project than she was in late 2016. In her spare time, she's been building a billion-dollar business. From apparel to cosmetics, the pop star has managed to do it all with her successful brand. With her next move, she plans to enter the fragrance market. Earlier today, the pop star teased fans by sharing an image of what appears to be Fenty Parfum.
In just four years, Rihanna has evolved the brand into what it is today. Fenty launched in 2017 with Fenty Beauty. Three years later, the company's innovative nature and success allowed it to expand into cosmetics with Fenty Skin. One year later, Fenty Parfum is here! However, it is still unclear whether the perfume will be gender inclusive or geared toward a specific gender. More importantly, there is no scheduled release date for the perfume as of yet.
Beyond her work with Fenty, Rihanna has remained relatively quiet. She has not released any new music of her own, but she was spotted with her significant other, A$AP Rocky, shooting a music video in New York. More recently, she was spotted with the New York artist while he prepared for headlining performance in Miami, Florida last weekend.
