Blac Chyna Sues Kardashians For $100 Million Over Abuse Allegations

Blac Chyna feels her TV time and career was purposely deaded by the Kardashians, and she’s suing the family for $100 million for her losses.

During Tuesday's (April 19) trial, the model's lawyer alleged that Kris Jenner spread false accusations of abuse slandering Chyna’s name, AP reports. According to the lawyer, Kris, with the help of Khloe Kardashian, Kim Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner, conspired against Chyna and spread lies to get the show she shared with Rob Kardashian off the air.

The $100 million lawsuit against the family includes the money and celebrity stardom Chyna lost as a result of Rob & Chyna, the former engaged couple’s reality show, getting cut from E! Network after only one season.

Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Cianni told the Los Angeles jury, “Kris Jenner set out to have ‘Rob & Chyna’ canceled.” Cianni added, “And she brought in her three daughters to help accomplish that.”

The Kardashian-Jenner clan sat in the front row of the gallery during the California trial. Their attorney, Michael G. Rhodes, opened his argument by introducing the family as “the world’s most famous people” with a “vast empire.”

“The evidence is going to show you that Miss White would say or do anything to be part of this family,” Rhodes said.

Rhode’s cited Rob and Chyna's tumultuous and whirlwind romance — they met in January, got engaged in April, had a baby on board in May, and in November began their joint reality tv show.

Both the defendants and prosecution agree that the rollercoaster relationship ended on Dec 4, 2016 — the show had just been renewed, but Rob and Chyna got into an argument that permanently broke off their engagement.

Rhodes noted that Rob and Chyna's show was canceled because the couple broke up.

“There is no Rob & Chyna show if there is no Rob and Chyna,” Rhodes said in court.

Chyna’s lawyer said that Kris sent damming messages to the heads of the spinoff that Chyna beat Rob with a pole and wrapped a cord around his neck. Ciani also claimed that Kris recruited her daughters to spread the abuse allegations to the people in charge of the show’s future.

The Kardashian’s lawyer told the jury that there was evidence of abuse and again pointed out that the show’s future ended as the couple’s future did.

According to AP, the different accounts of the relationship-ending argument will make up the majority of the trial. All four defendants, Kris, Khloe, Kim, and Kylie, are expected to take the stand.
