Former President Donald Trump has doubled down on his stance against Rihanna, calling her Super Bowl halftime performance an "epic fail."

On Sunday (February 12), Rihanna took the stage at Super Bowl LVII, performing smash hits like "Umbrella," "Work," and "Diamonds" while giving fans one of the most iconic pregnancy reveals ever.

Though many praised the nine-time Grammy winner's performance, Trump wasn't pleased, The Hill reports.

“EPIC FAIL: Rihanna gave, without question, the single worst Halftime Show in Super Bowl history — This after insulting far more than half of our Nation, which is already in serious DECLINE, with her foul and insulting language,” Trump wrote Sunday on his Truth Social platform.

“Also, so much for her ‘Stylist!'” he added.

The former president's criticism comes after he called her talentless on Thursday (February 9) ahead of the Super Bowl.

“Without her ‘Stylist’ she’d be NOTHING. Bad everything, and NO TALENT!” he said on Truth Social.

Thursday's comments aligned with what Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-Texas), Trump's former White House physician, wrote on the platform last week. Jackson called for Rihanna to be removed from the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show after she spray-painted “F*** Donald Trump” on a car at the Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo, Texas back in 2020.

“She’s made a career of spewing degenerate filth while badmouthing America every chance she gets,” Jackson declared on Truth Social. "Why is the NFL showcasing this crap? Rihanna SHOULD NOT be the halftime performer."
