Big Brother 25 contestant Luke Valentine has been booted from the show after using the N-word during a conversation with his fellow houseguests.

According to TMZ, CBS said Luke was kicked off of the competition reality show on Wednesday (August 9) because he "violated the Big Brother code of conduct and there is zero tolerance in the house for using a racial slur."

"He has been removed from the house," the network told TMZ.

The removal of Luke, who is white, comes after he was caught on the show's live feeds Wednesday saying the N-word to fellow contestants Cory, Hisam, and Jared, who is Black.

"We were in the f****** (inaudible) room, n****," Luke said mid-conversation.

The BB25 contestant appeared to immediately try to correct himself, saying "dude" before directing an apology to Jared.

Jared later told Luke "I don't give a f***" in response to the slur. It's possible that Jared appeared to shrug off the slur for gameplay purposes.

Luke's expulsion is set to be addressed on Thursday's (August 10) episode of the show.
