Jacky Oh!'s cause of death has been released.

According to TMZ, DC Young Fly's partner "died as a result of complications from cosmetic surgery."

The former Wild 'N Out star, passed away in Miami, Florida, on May 31, one day after having liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) with Dr. Zachary Okhah.

According to the autopsy report, which was obtained by TMZ, the 32-year-old, who had been prescribed Cliprofloxacin (an antibiotic), Oxycodone (a painkiller), and Ondansetron (anti-nausea), developed a headache post-op and returned to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment. She reportedly decided to "get a massage to help alleviate her pain," and was "advised to take ibuprofen and to stop taking the Ondansetron."

However, on the night of May 31, Jacky reportedly began to feel that her head was "burning" and had difficulty speaking. It was at that point that Jacky's aunt called 911, but before paramedics even arrived she became unresponsive. Jacky was pronounced dead at the hospital at 11 PM.

Jacky had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding of the skin around her torso, the autopsy report states, per TMZ. Her family confirmed her death in a statement on June 1.

"It is with [saddened] hearts we share with you that Jacklyn aka MsJackyOh has passed away on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023," Jacky's family shared in a statement posted on social media via TheShadeRoom. "Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you please give us privacy during this time."

Shortly after Jacky's death, Dr. Okhah spoke out, but made no mention of Jacky. Instead, he generally spoke about his medical practice, saying he "remains devoted to the highest quality medical care." The Miami doctor added, "All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards."

Jacky shared three children — daughters Nova and Nala and son Prince — with her longtime partner DC Young Fly. The two met in 2015 — the same year DC made his first appearance on MTV's Wild 'N Out, TMZ noted.
