The doctor of DC Young Fly's partner Jacky Oh! won't face criminal charges after she died from cosmetic surgery complications.

According to TMZ, a medical examiner ruled Jacky Oh!'s death accidental, and officials have declined to launch a criminal investigation.

The news comes after Jacky Oh!, 32, died on May 31 in Miami, where she reportedly underwent a "mommy makeover" with Dr. Zachary Okhah.

Following the cosmetic procedure, Jacky Oh! was reportedly prescribed medications that gave her a headache. She went back to the surgeon for a post-operative appointment, where she got a massage to alleviate her pain and was advised to change her medication, according to reports.

Jacky Oh! then reportedly experienced head "burning" and difficulty speaking. She was taken to a hospital where she was ultimately pronounced dead.

According to an autopsy report, the Wild 'N Out star had swelling in her brain and extensive bleeding around her torso.

In a statement following her death, Okhah declined to provide details on the situation but said his office "remains devoted to the highest quality medical care."

"All aesthetic procedures are performed in a hygienically safe environment to universally recognized medical standards," Okhah said at the time.

According to TMZ, the Miami Police Department confirmed that criminal charges wouldn't be pursued in Jacky Oh!'s death following the medical examiner's findings.
