A Utah woman has been caught on video racially harassing her neighbors on multiple occasions, KUTV reports.

In one viral TikTok, the woman, identified as Kathryn Smith, can be seen hurling profanities at a pregnant Midvale resident, telling her that she shouldn't be a mother before pushing her in the stomach

Smith was ultimately charged with misdemeanor assault.

"Smith responded by yelling and screaming at (the resident) and coming very close to (the resident's) face while doing so," according to charges issued by the Midvale City prosecutor in August. "Smith then forcibly poked [the resident's] pregnant stomach before pushing her with both hands in the stomach. This was observed by several neighbors."

Smith has also been accused of ripping up the family's garden at their home. She was charged with property damage earlier this year.

According to family attorney, Tyler Ayres, these are just a few of several instances of harassment.

Video provided by the attorney shows Smith hurling racial slurs at the family, including their children. The incidents occurred as Smith drove by their home and walked past their residence with her dog.

“She has no reservation about using the N-word,” Ayres said. “She has no reservation about using them at children. Not even just in front of children, but directly at them.”

In a statement, the Unified Police Department of Greater Salt Lake said they are actively investigating the harassment.

“The Unified Police Department (UPD) is investigating the incidents in Midvale involving a person identified by various media outlets as making harassing and racist statements to neighbors," the statement reads. "This harassment is being investigated. In addition to law enforcement solutions, the UPD Midvale Precinct is working with other social service providers to bring a long-term solution for any individuals involved and the community."
