Bernice King, the daughter of Martin Luther King Jr., has responded to the viral picture of a Baltimore Ravens fan who social media users said looks just like her father.
The viral photo was captured during the Ravens game against the Houston Texans at M&T Bank Stadium on Saturday (January 20). A social media user shared a screenshot of a man who was wearing Ravens gear and resembled the civil rights icon.
"MLK done resurrected to witness a Lamar playoff masterpiece," a social media user wrote on X, formerly Twitter, alongside a photo of the MLK Jr. look-a-like.
The photo went viral and found its way to Bernice King, who agreed that the Ravens fan looked like her dad.
"Hmm," King wrote with a laughing emoji. "I have a great sense of humor, ya’ll. This post is funny. Some posts about/uses of my father’s image are not. This man resembles Daddy, tho.
On Saturday, the Ravens took home the win against the Texans. Baltimore will move on to host the AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
