Black In Theaters: All Of The Black Nominees At The 93rd Academy Awards

Just a day after the best musicians in the world took the stage at the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards, the best filmmakers in the world learned if they would be nominated for an Oscar at the 93rd Academy Awards. This year, there were clear snubs with Regina King and Spike Lee being denied nominations for their work in One Night In Miami and Da 5 Bloods. While it is frustrating to see King and Lee being separated from the festivities, Leslie Odom Jr., Viola Davis, Daniel Kaluuya and many others earned the recognition for their work that they rightfully deserved. Not to mention, the late Chadwick Boseman earned yet another Oscar nomination for his work in Ma Rainey's Black Bottom. Now, it's time to run through the list of all the Black nominees at the 93rd Academy Awards. If we missed anyone, feel free to let us know, so that they can be added and get the recognition they rightfully deserve.
