A West Virginia man has been charged with threatening to commit acts of violence against several racial groups, per WDTV.

On Monday (January 29), Clarksburg police responded to a Days Inn hotel after staff found a threatening note lying on a desk.

Police said the note included a threat to "kill all people from India." The note also said it was time for "White America to take this country back" and noted that "people will die." Other racial groups were also threatened in the note.

The note referenced multiple white supremacy groups and mentioned that bombs would be placed in the hotel. It was signed by "Ed Queen Room 208."

Edward Queen was charged with threats of terrorist acts in connection to the incident. Surveillance video showed Queen, who was a guest at the hotel, left the threatening note on the desk.

Queen is being held at North Central Regional Jail. His bond was set at $100,000.
